  • The delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of the package according to the current price list of the provider.

  • Delivery is carried out by GLS Slovenia. If you place an order today, the package will be delivered within 3 working days and will reach you no later than the 5th working day after placing the order. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  • We do our best to keep the stock in the online shop up to date. However, stock shortages may occur and the buyer will be notified no later than 2 working days after the order is placed. In this case, we will inform the user of the situation and do our best to accommodate their wishes. We can offer another, similar product, order it quickly from the supplier, or refund the purchase price if payment has already been made.
  • After you have received notification of the preparation of your shipment from the provider, you will receive your order number. Using the number you receive, you can track your package on the GLS Slovenia website. You can check the status of your shipment
